“A straight line leads to infinity. A curved line is a friend of the soul.”
I am an Italian contemporary abstract artist.
My work explores transformation, fusion, and the dialogue between forms, colors, and movement.
Working mainly with acrylic and oil on canvas, I create compositions where fluid gestures, layered textures, and organic structures coexist in a constantly evolving balance. Rather than representing reality, my paintings aim to evoke change, instability, and the interaction between different energies.
My artistic research is deeply connected to the observation of nature and to the belief that nothing remains the same over time. Imperfection, mutation, and transformation are central elements of my visual language. Curved lines, chromatic fusions, and dynamic tensions become tools to express continuous change.
My artistic journey began in the 1970s and further evolved during the 1990s through studies at the School of Ornamental Arts of the Municipality of Rome, an experience that strengthened my interest in structure, composition, and visual rhythm.
Through series such as Drip, Fusion, and Transformation, I investigate the relationship between spontaneity and control, chaos and balance, fragment and unity. For me, each painting is a living presence: an open dialogue between matter, light, memory, and transformation.
