“The Opposite in Harmony – The Art of Continuous Transformation”
Inspired by Heraclitus, I embrace the idea that everything flows, everything transforms.
My work is a visual dialogue between opposing forces — order and chaos, control and spontaneity, permanence and change.
Since the 1970s, my journey through painting has moved from the figurative to the abstract, from still life to the language of pure form.
In 1994, my studies at the School of Ornamental Arts in Rome opened new perspectives. I began to experiment with oil paintings enriched by photographic fragments — a “poetics of the fragment,” a reflection on how every piece can hold infinite potential.
Today, my artistic research focuses on transformation — nothing ever remains the same. Every brushstroke represents the moment where balance and chaos coexist.
Nature, for me, is not an ornament but a living model of continuous change. My lines curve and fuse, as if they were organisms seeking connection and movement.
Imperfection is the key: it saves art from arrogance and restores humanity to the creative act.
Imperfection will save the world — from rigidity, from the sterile perfection of artificial images, and from the illusion of control.
